The violinist Leila Schayegh and her duo partner, the harpsichordist Martin Zimmermann, have closely inspected hundreds of sources of music prints and manuscripts in the line-up for violin and basso continuo and have checked their legibility and completeness. The audience selects a piece, Leila and Martin play it at sight, – “a prima vista”.
A concert which is unrivalled when it comes to spontaneity awaits you, simultaneously offering insights into how two musicians communicate straightaway.
PS: For all those who are already curious about how their active audience role will look like – You can choose from more than 300 works which have been divided into the following categories: type prints and music engravings, manuscripts and “amuse-bouches”.
