Since 2000 he has worked as a lighting designer for various theatres, including Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Teatro Regio in Parma, Teatro Sferisterio in Macerata, Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, Teatro Regio in Turin, Piccolo Teatro in Milan, Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino, Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro Lirico in Cagliari, Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, Opéra de Monte-Carlo, Malmo Opera Theater (Sweden), Opera National de Lorraine in Nancy, Opera Theater in Bilbao, Greek National Opera in Athens, Pergolesi Theater in Jesi, Teatro Sociale in Como and many more.
He has collaborated with various directors, including Leo Muscato, Serena Sinigaglia, Francesco Micheli, Valerio Binasco, Federico Grazini, Alessandro Talevi, Carmelo Rifici, Onofrio Colucci, Davide Garattini, Daniela Zedda, Emanuele Gamba, Manuel Renga and Jurij Ferrini.
He was Franco Buso's photography assistant from 1993 to 1999 for various advertising films in 35/16mm film.
From 2010 to 2016 he lighted the fashion shows of the English designer David Fielden, from 2016 he has been lighting Le Cirque with the World's Top Performers, with the best acrobats and performers of every specialty of the "nouveau cirque", and since 2019 he collaborates as a lighting designer with the ACUSON service in Turin for the planning of events.
Between 2000 and 2009 he was technical and staging director of the theater company A.T.I.R. in Milan and, between 2006 and 2009, of the Teatro Ringhiera in Milan.
He designs and coordinates the lighting system of the Teatro delle Ali in Breno.
He also carries out teaching activities: in 2010 he teaches lighting design at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, from 2007 to 2010 he holds the lighting engineering course at the same university. Since 2014 he has been teaching lighting design at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) in Milan.
