After studying in Venice, Andrea Belli made his debut as a stage designer in 2011 with Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Pavia. He then signed many productions including: Rigoletto at the Macerata Opera Festival, Nabucco at the Terme di Caracalla Opera in Rome, Carmen for the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and may others for some of the most important theatres and festivals in Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Lithuania, Spain, Canada, Korea.
In 2017 he designed a Cirque show in China, produced by Wanda Group.
In 2018 he debuted in prose for the Stabile di Bolzano, then created shows with the Teatro Stabile del Veneto, Teatro Stabile di Torino, Teatro Carcano, Teatro Bresci and GoldenArt
He has collaborated with directors such as Leo Muscato, Serena Sinigaglia, Giorgio Sangati, Federico Grazzini, Nicola Berloffa, Silvia Paoli, Italo Nunziata, Federico Bertolani.
Ranked among the top in major European international competitions, including Teatro Regio Torino 2010, Wagner200, EOP2013, Ring Award 14 and won the 2022 Lithuanian National Opera House competition.
