The German bass-baritone Andreas Wolf is one of the most requested performers on the international opera and concert stages, especially in the baroque and classical repertoire. He has performed at the Teatro Real Madrid, the Semperoper Dresden, the Théâtre royal de la Monnaie in Brussels, the Bavarian State Opera in Munich, the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, the Opera national du Rhin, the Grand Théâtre de Genève, the Stuttgart State Opera and the Festival d'Aix- en-Provence in roles such as Figaro in Mozart's "Le Nozze di Figaro", Leporello in "Don Giovanni", Papageno in "The Magic Flute", Guglielmo in "Così fan tutte", Jupiter in Rameau's "Platée" and Aeneas in Purcell's "Dido and Aeneas".
He works particularly closely with Leonardo García Alarcón and the Cappella Mediterranea, as well as with Ton Koopman and the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra.
