It's important to us that all guests feel welcome and well looked after.

That's why we are constantly working to make our venues as accessible as possible – even though the historic structure of some venues presents us with particular challenges.
Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to guarantee complete accessibility at all levels at present.

Wheelchair spaces
The capacity of wheelchair-accessible spaces varies from venue to venue.
The Tiroler Landestheater and Haus der Musik Innsbruck have specially designated wheelchair spaces.
At Schloss Ambras as well as in the Hofburg, peripheral seats in any category can be booked.
In churches, please ensure that you book a seat that is accessible at ground level.

Services
To ensure that your needs are met as best as possible, we recommend that you purchase your tickets through the Kassa & Abo Service at the Haus der Musik Innsbruck. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you in choosing the right seats.
At the events our staff is available to answer questions and provide assistance.

People in possession of a valid disability card receive a 40% discount. If the card states that an accompanying person is required, this person also receives a 40% discount on the regular ticket price.

We are also happy to provide you with personalised information about travel, parking and the best possible access to our events.
